and all other elements of the Services the Content are owned by SolveraLabHQ and protected by

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license,
create derivative works from, or sell any Content without our prior written consent.
SolveraLabHQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and
use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.

pricing at any time. Subscription renewals are automatic unless you cancel in advance.

SolveraLabHQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services
at any time with or without notice. This includes removing or disabling access to any
content or feature, or restricting certain functionalities.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our Services, but we make no guarantees
of uptime or service reliability. We are not liable for any modification, suspension,
or discontinuation.

responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such external sites or resources.

SolveraLabHQ's total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall
not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding six (6) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolveraLabHQ and its affiliates, officers, agents,
and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's
fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately and without notice if you violate
these Terms, misuse our systems, or engage in any behavior that we deem harmful to SolveraLabHQ, other users,
or third parties. You may also stop using our Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms
that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty
disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Ghana. You agree to submit to the personal
jurisdiction of these courts.

SolveraLabHQ reserves the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SolveraLabHQ
